We can take YOUR design that sold the project and draft the construction documents or we can design different proposals for your client and generate 3D models for viewing with your laptop. We also do full color plans, renderings (computer or hand) and PowerPoint presentations for your client meetings or promotional displays. We do site visits, field measurements and photo documentation to generate accurate CAD backgrounds. We always work with you to help make your project successful. We also have a working relationship with a Professional Structural Engineer for those times when a design is more complex.
